Villa TRINITY is located on the island of Ugljan, in the village of Kali, directly opposite the city of Zadar. The island of Ugljan has the best ferry connection on the Adriatic. In the summer season, there are 18 daily car ferry lines (Zadar Gaženica – Preko) and 11 boat lines with the pedestrian ferry (Zadar Old Town – Preko). The island of Ugljan is connected to the neighboring island of Pašman by a bridge. In Tkon, on the island of Pašman, lies the second ferry port, which is connected to the town of Biograd.
The island of Ugljan is 22 km long, has a rich flora, a good infrastructure with school, emergency room in Kali, pharmacy, stores, cafés, restaurants, gas station, marinas and much more. There are numerous cultural, sporting and entertaining events throughout the summer. Kali is best known for its fishing nights with parades of fishing boats and a big fish festival.

The villa is in a quiet location, yet very close to the public beach, cafés, restaurants and stores. From the house and from the terraces there is a beautiful panoramic view of the entire city of Zadar, Bibinje and Sukošan on one side and the island of Ošljak, Petrčane, Privlaka, the island of Vir and the open sea on the other. The house is situated on a slope with direct access to the sea via its own private staircase.
