Our luxurious Villa INFINITY is characterized by its location directly by the sea, among many other highlights. The only thing between the villa and the shore with its own bathing jetty is the narrow lane that forms the access road to the villa’s own parking lot. There is a code-secured gate facing the street, which protects the spacious, completely walled outdoor area of the villa from unauthorized access. The inviting terrace with comfortable seating and sun loungers and the 36 square meter pool offer everything you need for a perfect day on vacation. The partial canopy always offers a shady spot on sunny days and you can also sit outside in the dry during a rain shower.
From the entire terrace you have a completely unobstructed view over the sea as far as Zadar on the opposite shore. Hemp palms, ornamental grasses gently swaying in the wind and fragrant Mediterranean herbs round off the overall ambience perfectly.

This terrace also includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue, ceramic hob and sink as well as a table group with seating for up to 10 people and an unobstructed view of the water. This seating area can also be completely covered if required and closed off at the front with a glass pane, so that you can barbecue, sit sheltered from the weather and enjoy your meal in style even in stormy or rainy weather.

The light-flooded interior of the villa is also impressive.

There is a spacious cloakroom on the ground floor directly after the entrance. The high-quality, well-equipped and well thought-out dream kitchen with cooking island leaves nothing to be desired. The modern giant fridge with ice cube maker offers plenty of space for all provisions and drinks. The wine fridge, which can be fully stocked on request, stores delicious, full-bodied red wines and light, sparkling rosé and white wines together at the perfect temperature. The sofa with a small table, the flat-screen TV and the fireplace blend stylishly into the completely open-plan living area. Fully glazed on three sides, you can enjoy the breathtaking view outside from inside. Two sides of the glazing can be opened with sliding doors, giving you easy access to the terrace and outdoor kitchen on each side. All sliding doors can be closed with pleated insect screens. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor, which is accessible from both inside and outside.

The villa’s three bedrooms are located on the upper floor.

All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and modern, spacious bathrooms with a walk-in shower, towel radiator, large washbasin and WC.

Two of the bedrooms each have a large walk-in wardrobe and a spacious shared balcony overlooking the sea. The third and largest bedroom has a desk and the window offers a side sea view. The large wardrobe also offers plenty of space and storage. Throughout the house, air conditioning and underfloor heating ensure a pleasant temperature and a hidden built-in safe provides a secure place for your valuables.

In the basement of the house is the utility room, where you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer for your small holiday laundry. Fitness fans will also find a treadmill here. Families with children can play darts on the dartboard.
